The Time I Felt Like a Yogi

We did yoga on fitness Tuesday to ease back into our routine after spring break. I was excited because the outfit I had on made me feel like a yogi. I was so ready to do this power strength yoga. I followed along as much as I physically could and pushed myself to copy the girls in front of the workout because apparently they were doing a more intense yoga. I didn't copy Robert, sorry Robert it wasn't you it was me. When we did as many shoulder presses as we could in 20 seconds I did 15 :) and I was very happy! The next day my shoulders ached and my whole body felt tired so I knew I pushed myself! Overall I loved this block wide yoga thing it was amazing and spiritual.
