Hill Run
On Friday we did the hill run for fitness. I decided that I wanted to do the whole 10 up the hill and actually run. I did all 10 and I almost did 11 because I was so messed up that I couldn't count. I also jogged down every time instead of walking to increase my intensity. While walking back I felt a combination of excruciation, happiness that I did it, and fatigue. My legs were trembling and had lost any sense of coordination. After an hour or so I felt a rush of energy which was weird but cool. The whole weekend my body has been that of a 90 year old woman: my hips, forearm (a little above the elbow and below the wrist) and lower legs have been killing in a good way. It was a fun fitness day filled with a lot of progress.
