A few centuries ago we ran outside for PE. I decided to buddy up with someone so we can run together. When we were running for 3 minutes I just kept pushing through the pain and discomfort. Then I would completely rest during the 2 minutes of walking. I ran all 7 laps for a total of like 21ish minutes of straight up running. It's like 6km or something like what I feel like a vehicle! I was very proud of myself for having had run an actual distance! It was invigorating!
